Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?
  • Browse our collection and add items to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and select your delivery method (PAXI or PUDO).
  • Submit your order. You will then receive an invoice with our banking details.
  • Make an EFT payment using your Invoice Number as the reference.
  • WhatsApp your proof of payment to 081 726 3401.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only. We do not accept cash or cash on delivery.

Why do I need to use the Invoice Number as a reference?

This is crucial! It allows us to instantly match your payment to your order, preventing any delays in processing.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

No. Due to our fast-processing system, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the payment invoice has been issued.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

The total timeframe consists of two parts:

  • Processing Time: 7-10 working days for us to prepare your order.
  • Delivery Time: Depends on your chosen courier:
    • PAXI: R60 | 7-9 working days.
    • PUDO: R70 | 3-5 working days.
What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Costs are:
PUDO: R70
PAXI: R60

Do you offer tracking for my order?

Yes, tracking details will be shared with you once your order is dispatched. However, tracking the parcel is the buyer’s responsibility after we provide the tracking information.

What if my parcel gets lost or damaged with the courier?

JD Nova is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by the courier service after we have dispatched your order. All claims must be directed to the courier company by the buyer.


Our Policies

What is your returns and exchange policy?

All sales are final. We have a strict no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges policy on all jewellery. This policy applies under all circumstances, including if an item has been worn or subsequently damaged.

The product I received looks slightly different from the picture. Can I return it?

No. Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly in colour or appearance. We do not accept returns due to minor visual differences.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Once delivered, you are responsible for the proper care of your jewellery. Our pieces are crafted from high-quality, waterproof, and tarnish-resistant materials, but they require care to maintain their shine and longevity. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and store them properly.
