How To Order Policy

- Browse the catalogue and select your preferred items.
- Add each item to your cart.
- Choose your delivery method:
– PAXI (R60): 7–9 working days
– PUDO (R70): 3–5 working days - Tap the cart icon and select “Send to Business” to submit your order.
- Your order will be confirmed, and you will receive your final total, including delivery.
- JD Nova will issue you with an Invoice and banking details to make a payment. Kindly use your INVOICE number as a reference.
- Send proof of payment via WhatsApp.
- Your parcel will be packed with care and shipped. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.
