1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including items that have been worn or subsequently damaged.
2. Payment Policy
Payment is accepted via EFT only. No physical cash payments are allowed. Payments must be made directly into the owner’s account after placing an order.
3. Jewellery Care Responsibility
Once the jewellery has been delivered and is in your possession, you are responsible for proper care. If an item is worn and becomes damaged, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
4. Product Quality Disclaimer
Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality, waterproof, and tarnish-resistant materials. Proper care is required to maintain the shine and longevity of each piece.
