JD NOVA Terms & Conditions

Introduction
JD NOVA is a registered company with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Store & Orders

• JD Nova is an Online operates exclusively as an online store.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Payment confirms your order.
• Standard turnaround time is 7–10 working days.
• Courier delivery may take an additional 3–4 working days (depending on the option the client choose).
• The order date is calculated from the day JD Nova Online receives payment.
• No refunds are processed through JD Nova.

Stock & Credits

• If the stock online and is not marked “sold out” JD Nova have it on hand and will courier it to the client once payment reflects.
• All jewellery is imported and takes up to 15 days to arrive in RSA (at JD Nova). Allow an additional 5 to 10 days for me to courier the items to you (this depending on the courier service timeline chosen by the client).

Courier & Delivery

• Courier fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
• JD Nova does not track parcels after dispatch — tracking is the buyer’s responsibility.

Product Information

• Please note that product images are computerized, and actual items may vary slightly in color or appearance.
• JD Nova strives for accuracy but will not accept returns due to minor visual differences.
• Stock collection is done weekly, as JD Nova does not hold all items on hand.

Jewellery Policy

• No Returns or Exchanges
  All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including items that have been worn or subsequently damaged.
• Payment Policy
  Payment is accepted via EFT only. No physical cash payments are allowed. Payments must be made directly into the owner’s (JD Nova’s) account after placing an order.
• Jewellery Care Responsibility
  Once the jewellery has been delivered and is in your possession, you are responsible for proper care. If an item is worn and becomes damaged, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
• Product Quality Disclaimer
  Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality, waterproof, and tarnish-resistant materials. Proper care is required to maintain the shine and longevity of each piece.

Agreement

• By paying this invoice, you confirm that you understand and accept all of JD Nova’s Terms & Conditions.
• You also agree not to make false or slanderous statements about JD Nova regarding the information provided above.
